Carlouel’s island lifestyle offers a high level of privacy and amenities. Anchor up and spend a few hours lounging poolside, or stay the night in one of our boat slips, fully equipped with 50 amp full-service hook-ups. Our deep-water floating docks have more than 400 feet of dockage space and six slips that can accommodate luxury yachts up to 60 feet. Nearby anchorage is located one mile south, east of channel marker #16.

The Clearwater City Marina in nearby downtown Clearwater offers gas and diesel fuel, as well as a pump out facility. With 207 boat slips, it’s open seven days a week, 365 days a year. There are 23 slips available for transient boaters, and the Marina can accommodate vessels up to 125 feet.
