Strengthen your nervous system and develop piece of mind when you try yoga at the Club. Carlouel offers a Yoga and Meditation workshop every Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. to 9 a.m. with a trained instructor. Simply call to reserve a spot, or drop in to experience this popular class.
Take advantage of the Zumba class every Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Zumba Fitness® is the only Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that blends red-hot international music and contagious steps to form a "fitness-party" that is downright addictive. Jump start your workout regiment when you Zumba at Carlouel.
Always wanted to learn how to play tennis? Carlouel’s tennis pro is available for private lessons, as well as group clinics, weekly at the Club. Ladies clinics every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 9:30 a.m., and social mixed doubles on Fridays at 6:30 p.m.
Master’s Swim Program
Want to challenge yourself? Try the Master’s Swim Program every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. This program is available to people of all ages and abilities.
Private painting lessons are available through the Club. Channel your inner artist and capture the scenic landscapes only Carlouel can offer. Contact the main office for more information.
Throughout the year, members collaborate to hold bridge tournaments at Carlouel. If you are interested in participating, simply let us know and we’ll introduce you to our members who also love to play Bridge.
